3.1 Warranty Period
i Buy Local provides a 12-month limited warranty on most items sold.
3.1.1 Warranty Exclusions:

Damage from modifications (jailbreaking, rooting, flashing, firmware tampering)

Cosmetic wear & tear (scratches, dents, scuffs, worn buttons)

Improper storage or transport

Missing seals, screen protectors, or security labels

Clearance, faulty or "spares/repairs" items

Items involving single-use codes

Wearable items, accessories or apparel

Damage from unauthorised repairs or servicing

Battery faults due to misuse of chargers or power supply
3.1.2 Battery Coverage

Batteries are consumables.

The warranty covers only complete failure: where the device will no longer power on or operate due to battery failure.

Expected battery degradation, reduced charge capacity or shorter runtime compared to new products is not covered.

Customers should expect battery wear in used goods.

Removable consumables are otherwise covered for 30 days.
3.1.3 Partial Refund Clause
Where cosmetic damage or minor faults exist but the product remains functional, i Buy Local may apply a partial refund or store credit adjustment at its discretion.
3.2 Customer Data Responsibility
Customers must remove all personal data prior to sale, return, exchange or service.
3.3 Refunds

Within 30 days: full refund to original payment method if faulty.

After 30 days but within 12 months: repair, replacement, or refund (original price or current value, whichever is lower).

Non-fault items are returned to customer.
3.4 Warranty Limitations
Warranty does not cover data loss, accessories, consequential or indirect losses.
